Attending a Salted Soul retreat is like a great big hug at the end of hard week. You’ll have the time to carve out some space to delve into the burning questions you currently have about life, time to slow down and the opportunity to talk, connect and explore. On each retreat there is a carefully curated movement itinerary, each day we explore what it is you are craving - yoga, meditation, dance, hikes, gong baths, paddle boarding, a deep ocean swim. You’ll be nourished with the most tantalising foods, selected by our on-site chef to make your taste buds pop and your body feel at its absolute best.
What is your soul craving? Letting the waves rush over you, moments of peace and calm mixed with thrills and adventure. By slowing down, taking some weight off your shoulders and unplugging, you’ll unearth a time of transformation, a time to reflect on why you really needed this break. Movement has always been my language.
Before yoga, I was performing on West End stages, dancing across the world, chasing a life fuelled by passion—but also approval. I was always striving to be someone instead of simply being me.
Then yoga found me. One laid-back, no-pressure class, and everything shifted. No mirrors, no expectations—just breath, movement, and a chance to finally tune in.
I’m not your typical yogi. I believe in showing up as you are. In movement that feels good, laughter that releases, and finding ease without losing strength.
My classes and retreats are open, grounded, and full of heart. A space where you can let go, go deeper, and come home to yourself.
